Experience: 5+ Years

You will be responsible for developing and leading internal and external business-to-business marketing strategies, advertising, branding and event activities including planning and implementing the annual marketing calendar and marketing budget, ensuring scheduled activities are carried out efficiently and effectively to meet target KPIs and that all marketing is in line with our brand identity. You will keep abreast of new and current cosmetic packaging products, technologies, and industry trends, sharing this with internal teams, identifying new marketing opportunities and developing creative ideas into successful marketing programs from ideation to execution and evaluation.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and excellent strategic marketing and communication skills with experience managing a marketing team. Experience in cosmetic and beauty packaging or fashion industry is preferred and 5-10 years’ experience in marketing, advertising or public relations related role. This role requires excellent written and verbal English communication skills so a love for great copy and compelling communication is a must. To be successful in this role, you should also have a friendly and outgoing character, be organized and have good analytical and project management skills as well as an eye for identifying and communicating new trends.

Requirements:

• Degree-level qualification

• Preferred 5-10 years’ experience in public relations, marketing, and/or advertising

• Experience in cosmetic and beauty packaging or fashion industry preferred

• Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite

• Experience managing website and social media marketing

• Event management experience

• Excellent English spoken and written communication (Mandarin also preferred).

• Excellent English writing skills

• Experience living or studying abroad preferred
